7 Basketball Practice Drills for Warm up
1. Mirror Drill
The first steps that you can follow for basketball drills are by practicing mirror drill. It can teach you on the ball defensive stance. Besides, it can make the improvement in basketball. You can practice this having 1 versus 1 drills in which every player will face each other where the one will be the offensive and the other will be the defender. When the offensive player starts leading and moving laterally, the defensive can start remaining for face to face. The goal is to create make a space between them. 2. Mikan Drill

5. Partner Shooting
